Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where do the tickets come from?
A: Dick’s Tickets Inc. manages inventory individuals, season ticket holders, and corporations. All our tickets are 100% guaranteed.

Q: When will my tickets ship, and how soon will they arrive?
A: When ordering your tickets, please review the listing notes. Listing notes indicate when an order is expected to ship.

If the listing note indicates “in hand,” your tickets will ship within 24-hours. After your tickets have shipped, you will receive a FedEx tracking number, so you may track your purchase at FedEx.com.

If you are receiving your tickets via email, please allow 24-hours from “in hand” date.

PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased tickets within 24-hours of the actual event, be assured that we are aware of your purchase! We will promptly email you the tickets, no later than at the start of our next business day.

Q: Why is there someone else’s name on my ticket?
A: The name on your ticket reflects the name of the original purchaser. The name printed on your ticket will not affect your ability to access the event. The most important aspect of the ticket is the bar code. The bar code will be scanned when entering the event. Your name will not be printed on the ticket.

Q: What happens if my tickets are lost or stolen?
A: Tickets are generally one-of-a-kind, irreplaceable items that can seldom be re-accessed or re-printed. If you lost your tickets, you should contact your seller. If it is possible for the seller to reissue your lost tickets, please be advised that reprint fees may apply.

Q: Why is the price on my tickets different than what I paid?
A: We sell tickets on the secondary market. The price you paid for your ticket reflects the market price at the time of purchase. Prices often rise and fall with supply and demand. As a result, tickets are often sold either above or below face value.

Q: The event I purchased tickets for was cancelled; can I obtain a full refund?
A: If you purchased tickets for an event and the event was later cancelled, please contact Dick’s Tickets to obtain a refund. Phone: 813.289.4020 or Sales@DicksTickets.net. We will refund the full purchase price, less and shipping and service fees. We also offer a second option for refunds, which is an in store credit for Dick’s Tickets, for the total cost including fees. You may use this credit toward your next purchase.

Q: Can I cancel an order after it is placed?
A: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be absolutely sure you want to purchase the tickets before ordering.

Q What if my tickets are lost, damaged, or stolen?:
A: Once you receive your tickets, you are responsible for their welfare and safekeeping. Unfortunately, most tickets are irreplaceable and we cannot guarantee any replacements. Treat your tickets as if they are cash and keep them in a safe, secure place until you’re ready to use them.
